Digital Operations Centre Manager

About the role

The Manager of the Group Digital Operations Centre will lead a team responsible for 24x7 monitoring of digital services across network, infrastructure and applications. This role ensures incidents are managed effectively and that service management practices are standardized across ADNOC Group.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise staff to maintain stability of infrastructure, network and applications.
• Monitor digital services, raise alerts, manage incidents and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Schedule shifts, night coverage and vacations to guarantee continuous monitoring.
• Develop and maintain process documentation for Change, Event and Incident Management.
• Build and update standard operating procedures and best‑practice guidelines.
• Assess team capabilities, arrange cross‑functional training and ensure a resilient service delivery model.
• Coach, mentor and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Represent Change, Event and Incident Management in cross‑functional meetings and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading IT operations or service management teams.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and digital service monitoring.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
