Digital Performance Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Performance Lead to own the growth engine for two leading fitness brands in the UAE. You will be responsible for building and scaling a high‑performing customer acquisition system that spans paid media, lead generation, CRM optimisation, marketing automation, attribution and AI‑driven conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Scale qualified lead generation while continuously reducing cost per acquisition and improving ROAS.
• Identify new growth channels and opportunities, run daily performance analysis and A/B testing on audiences, creatives and landing pages.
• Develop dashboards that translate marketing data into commercial decisions.
• Shape the marketing technology stack by improving CRM performance, automation workflows, lead routing, customer journeys, WhatsApp marketing and attribution reporting.
• Optimize landing pages, website conversion rates and user experience in collaboration with the creative team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, technology and creative teams.
• Curiosity for AI and emerging marketing technologies.
