Digital Product Delivery Manager (Mobile App)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Product Delivery Manager to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of our consumer mobile app on iOS and Android. Working closely with designers, engineers, marketers and operations, you will turn strategic goals into shipped features that drive bookings, engagement and repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day delivery of the mobile app, manage the product backlog and prioritize the roadmap with leadership input.
• Run agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives – in partnership with engineering leads.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Coordinate release planning across mobile, web and supporting platforms, handling dependencies with internal teams and external vendors.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to translate guest insights into shippable features.
• Track product performance using Firebase, GA4, Adobe or AppsFlyer and refine priorities based on data.
• Manage operational tasks such as App Store and Play Store submissions, release notes, version control, bug triage and hot‑fix coordination.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, blockers and upcoming releases.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of digital product experience, including 2‑3 years delivering consumer‑facing mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Formal Agile certification (SAFe POPM, CSPO, PSPO or equivalent) and proven experience running Scrum ceremonies.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable backlog items and measurable guest impact.
• Excellent communication skills and a user‑centric mindset.
