Digital Project & Client Services Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Project & Client Services Specialist to support two key client accounts in Dubai. The role bridges creative and technical teams, ensuring website updates, digital tools, and social media campaigns are delivered on time and to the required quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming client requests for website content updates, coordinating with external web vendors and ensuring accurate implementation.
• Review and clarify change requirements, prepare detailed instructions, and follow through until updates are verified.
• Support design requests using existing templates and brand assets, liaising with client designers and stakeholders.
• Oversee a digital account that includes a public website and a school data‑management system, communicating basic web‑application logic to technical teams.
• Coordinate testing, feedback collection, and issue resolution with schools, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist in transitioning product development into a three‑month social‑media campaign, managing content calendars, approvals, and publishing.
• Guide social‑media vendors, identify gaps in solutions, and recommend practical next steps.
• Own day‑to‑day coordination across clients, internal teams, designers, web and social‑media vendors, and other suppliers.

Required profile

• Curious, resourceful and highly organized.
• Commercially aware with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using AI and digital tools to improve processes.
• Strong communication skills to translate creative and technical requirements.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
