Diploma-Level Mathematics Instructor

About the role

The Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute is seeking a Diploma‑Level Mathematics Instructor to develop teaching materials, support program quality assurance, and guide student learning across Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and introductory Calculus.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain curriculum‑aligned teaching resources for diploma‑level mathematics.
• Collaborate with Lead Teachers and Student Counselors to ensure program quality and student progress.
• Plan, manage and continuously improve student learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate learning records and supervise student activities.
• Participate in professional development and promote staff growth.
• Oversee facilities and activities that support effective learning.
• Model positive learning behaviours and attitudes for students.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of teaching or training experience.
• Ability to teach diploma‑level mathematics including Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and introductory Calculus.
• Strong cultural awareness and excellent oral and written English (IELTS 7 for non‑native speakers).
• Relevant academic qualification – BSc in Mathematics or related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
