Director, Corporate Strategy & M&A

About the role

We are seeking a senior M&A leader to join a multinational with a strong presence in the MENA region. Based in Dubai, the role will own end‑to‑end deal execution across M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures and capital market transactions, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full transaction lifecycle from origination through valuation, structuring and closing.
• Manage a pipeline of M&A opportunities, strategic investments and joint ventures.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external advisors to ensure successful deal execution.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and regional investors.
• Maintain relationships with regional stakeholders, including Arabic‑speaking partners and investors.

Required profile

• 10‑18 years of experience in buy‑side deal execution, private equity or corporate M&A.
• Demonstrated track record of completing complex transactions.
• Experience across all stages of the transaction process.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is a strong differentiator.
• Dubai‑based candidates preferred; relocation supported for qualified professionals.
