Director – DLT & Digital Assets Advisory

About the role

The Director will serve as the lead adviser on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and digital assets, guiding high‑impact engagements for governments, central banks, regulators and development finance institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior advisory engagements with ministries, central banks, regulators and public institutions.
• Structure and oversee multidisciplinary workstreams, ensuring analytical rigour and delivery excellence.
• Apply structured problem‑solving to policy, regulatory, implementation and market‑development challenges.
• Develop executive‑level recommendations, implementation roadmaps and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with ministers, governors, senior officials and regulators.
• Integrate expertise from policy, technology, economic reform and delivery teams.
• Define the strategic vision, service offering and growth roadmap for the DLT and Digital Assets practice.
• Identify, convert and manage a pipeline of new advisory opportunities across global markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience advising governments, regulators or central banks on DLT, blockchain or digital assets.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior public‑sector stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable policy recommendations.
