Director, Investor Development (Dubai)

About the role

The Investor Development Team at Fitch Ratings is looking for a senior leader to drive investor engagement across the GCC from our Dubai office. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Investor Development, you will shape market‑engagement strategy and manage relationships with key institutional investors and sell‑side research houses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Fitch’s market engagement strategy for the GCC in line with the global vision.
• Manage a portfolio of leading GCC investors and research teams, fostering long‑term partnerships.
• Raise awareness of Fitch’s research, credit insights and rating methodology through events, webinars, roadshows and direct meetings.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Events and external professional bodies to deliver targeted campaigns and partnerships.
• Provide feedback from the investor community to influence rating criteria, analytical interactions and product development.
• Prioritise allocation of analytical and data resources based on investor demand.

Required profile

• Proven experience in investor relations, capital markets or credit rating environments, preferably at a director or associate‑director level.
• Strong network within GCC institutional investors and sell‑side research firms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver market‑engagement programmes and events.
