Director Middle East Capture

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior leader to drive business development for its Middle East portfolio. Based in Abu Dhabi, the Director will shape and capture new opportunities with international partners, representing Anduril’s advanced defense technologies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in the Middle East, aligning with regional budget cycles.
• Lead international travel and coordinate participation in trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management and product teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, communicating client needs back to internal stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth for Anduril’s portfolio of AI‑powered autonomy, sensor fusion and networking systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within defense, aerospace or high‑technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Middle East defense procurement processes and budget cycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior government and commercial customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and autonomous systems (conceptual).
