Director, Middle East

About the role

WW+P is seeking a confident and versatile senior leader to represent the firm across the Middle East. Based at Egis’s regional headquarters in Dubai, the Director will drive internal synergies within the 10N Collective and expand external business through strategic client and partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary ambassador for WW+P in the Middle East, leveraging deep knowledge of the firm’s portfolio, values and design approach.
• Collaborate closely with the global WW+P studio and the Middle East Managing Director to align regional activities with worldwide strategy.
• Partner with the 10N Collective to maximise cross‑company synergies and support regional growth initiatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, supporting design teams across WW+P’s global studios.
• Develop and nurture key client relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Protect and evolve the WW+P brand identity, ensuring all outputs reflect the firm’s values and messaging.
• Identify untapped opportunities within existing accounts and leverage networks to generate additional project profit.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering award‑winning design across diverse project typologies.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at Associate Director level or equivalent seniority.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of the Middle East construction market.
• Project management expertise.
