Director of Marketing – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Director of Marketing will shape the global perception of one of Dubai’s most iconic luxury resorts. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive the hotel’s marketing and communications strategy, enhancing its luxury positioning and delivering impactful campaigns that boost awareness, engagement, and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that aligns with brand standards and business objectives.
• Lead the creation of innovative, data‑driven campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Manage the brand’s storytelling, public relations, and media relations to strengthen market presence.
• Collaborate with sales, revenue, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support commercial performance.
• Oversee the marketing budget, monitor ROI, and provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership.
