Director of Nursing – IVF

About the role

The Director of Nursing – IVF will lead nursing and allied health services across a multi‑site fertility and reproductive medicine network in the United Arab Emirates. Reporting to senior management, this senior leader will shape clinical excellence, patient safety and regulatory compliance for all IVF locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to nursing, unit managers, infection control and quality officers.
• Develop and implement a nursing strategic plan aligned with clinical and operational goals.
• Drive a culture of quality care, patient safety and regulatory compliance across all sites.
• Lead workforce planning, resource management and succession planning.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, regulators and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s or specialised healthcare management degree desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing management experience in an IVF centre (e.g., Unit Manager or Deputy Nursing Director).
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in IVF.
• Eligible for registration as a Nurse with the relevant UAE Healthcare Authority.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
