About the role
The Director of Revenue will lead revenue management across multiple hotels, balancing financial objectives to maximize total revenues and profit. This senior position is responsible for pricing, positioning and inventory decisions, and for developing sales strategies for various market segments.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze revenue management data, identify trends, and generate timely reports and forecasts.
- Provide strategic input to property leaders, implement revenue tests, and adjust pricing based on market conditions.
- Communicate market direction and brand initiatives to hotel teams, franchise partners and owners, building strong stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
- Strong analytical abilities to diagnose performance issues, develop budgets and forecast RevPAR indices.
