Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Director of Revenue Management will lead the revenue strategy for a portfolio of upscale hotels and restaurants, driving growth and profitability across all booking channels. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape pricing, inventory, and distribution tactics to maximize RevPAR and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies and pricing models to maximize room revenue and market share.
• Conduct regular revenue analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting to inform business decisions.
• Monitor competitive market trends and adjust pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee inventory distribution across OTAs, brand website, GDS, and other channels.
• Set room rates, packages, and promotions based on demand forecasts and market intelligence.
• Track and report key metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and market share.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
• Provide training to front‑office and sales teams on revenue management principles.
• Utilize revenue management software (RMS, CRS, PMS) for data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with deep analytical expertise.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and distribution channels.
• Proven experience in hotel revenue management at a senior level.
