Director of Sales - Enterprise AI Agents, Dubai

About the role

Pallet, a startup building AI agents to automate manual supply-chain workflows, is hiring its first Director of Sales in Dubai. The role builds Pallet's commercial presence across the Middle East, owns net-new enterprise acquisition and helps set up the international go-to-market playbook. It is remote, with working hours of 9:00am-6:00pm Dubai time and about 75% of the time spent travelling across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle across the Middle East, from outbound prospecting through contract signature.
• Build and maintain a 3x-4x qualified pipeline, sourcing at least 30% of opportunities yourself.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at major logistics providers, including COO, CIO, VP Operations, VP Supply Chain and VP Technology.
• Lead consultative discovery sessions mapping workflows to Pallet's AI agent capabilities, scope pilots and build executive business cases.
• Document customer use cases and market feedback to shape the product roadmap and international strategy.

Required profile

• 8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or enterprise logistics sales experience.
• Business-fluent Arabic, able to run discovery, negotiate and present to executives.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise software deals.
• Experience with complex buying committees and long sales cycles, and comfort selling technical, workflow-heavy software.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Logistics, supply chain, transportation or warehouse experience strongly preferred but not required.

• Estimated OTE of AED 480,000-1,160,000 on a 50/50 base and target-commission structure, with uncapped accelerators above quota.
