About the role

The Director of Public Relations will lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans that align with the company’s marketing and commercial objectives. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, managing media relationships, and safeguarding the organization’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive PR strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee creation of press releases, media kits, and other promotional content.
• Manage social media and online content to ensure consistency with PR goals.
• Develop and execute crisis communication plans to protect the company’s reputation.
• Coordinate closely with marketing to ensure unified messaging across all channels.
• Lead PR events and initiatives that generate brand exposure.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and analytics to refine strategies.
• Supervise external PR agencies and evaluate their performance.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in public relations or communications, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Strong track record of leading PR teams and managing large‑scale campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to handle crisis situations and protect brand reputation.
• Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
