Director - Retail Asset Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Retail Asset Management to lead the performance and growth of a large‑scale, diverse retail portfolio in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Drive asset value, portfolio strategy, P&L performance and leasing optimisation across mixed‑use retail developments and shopping malls.
• Make investment decisions and lead asset‑enhancement initiatives to maximise commercial performance of high‑value retail assets.
• Oversee leasing strategy, tenant mix and renewal negotiations to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including investors, operators and local authorities, to ensure alignment with market trends in the GCC.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in retail asset management, shopping malls or mixed‑use retail developments.
• Strong knowledge of the GCC real‑estate market and proven stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale retail portfolios and drive commercial performance.
