Director - Solution Engineering

About the role

The Director – Solution Engineering (Partners) will lead the technical enablement, activation and ongoing success of Inception42’s partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will empower system integrators, resellers, consulting partners and technology alliances to position, architect and deliver Inception’s AI portfolio across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build reusable demo environments and solution assets for partner use.
• Create certification programs to enable partner technical competence.
• Provide architectural guidance during partner‑led customer pursuits.
• Drive technical excellence across the entire partner ecosystem.
• Develop frameworks, assets and programs that allow partners to independently run high‑quality enterprise engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in solution engineering, partner enablement or related AI/technology roles.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with external partners.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex AI solutions to diverse audiences.
