About the role
Lead the wealth management sales function for Treasury products, driving the penetration of investment and structured solutions across affluent and high‑net‑worth client segments. The role works closely with Relationship Managers to expand the offering of structured deposits, FX‑linked investments and fixed‑income notes.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies for structured deposits, FX‑linked investments and fixed‑income notes.
- Manage and coach Wealth Sales specialists supporting Relationship Managers.
- Coordinate with product, trading and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with suitability, product‑governance and conduct‑risk requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction and portfolio outcomes.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in wealth or investment product sales.
- Deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
