District Representative – Water Technology Sales

About the role

As a District Representative for Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, you will drive revenue and profit growth across the UAE by delivering water‑technology solutions to institutional and hospitality customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, using a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and promote innovative programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for existing customers and competitively‑held accounts to meet profit targets.
• Build strong relationships with plant and facility executives, identifying business drivers and recommending improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support, perform system analysis, interpret data and deliver written recommendations to optimise customer operations.
• Promote and sell Nalco Water innovations and technologies, converting strategic accounts and expanding the product portfolio.
• Travel up to 30 % of the time, including overnight stays, to service the UAE territory.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in consultative sales within industrial, institutional or hospitality sectors.
• Strong account leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate technical information into business value.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
