About the role

The DWTC Difaya Training Programme is a two‑year, full‑time employment initiative designed to develop the next generation of Emirati hospitality professionals. Participants receive comprehensive training and hands‑on experience across key hospitality functions at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food & beverage service in various outlets.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide customer care and guest services.
• Support hospitality operations and event support.

Required profile

• UAE nationals aged 18‑30 with a high school certificate.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude and willingness to work 9‑hour shifts.
