Document Controller – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Document Controller will manage the flow of project documentation for assigned infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. Working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you will ensure that all documents are accurately tracked, approved and distributed on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the project document distribution system and schedule according to client, project and supplier requirements.
• Revise the system as needed to guarantee timely approvals and distribution of documents.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure document edits are made, proofed and signed‑off by the appropriate personnel.
• Track, record and archive all project documents, drawings and related files.
• Prepare and sustain a comprehensive document control system for all forms of documentation.
• Produce copies of drawings for production and internal use.
• Distribute finalized documents to designated recipients.
• Implement and follow the company’s quality assurance procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with multiple parties.
• Ability to manage document revisions and meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with document tracking and production systems.
