Document Controller – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Document Controller to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely distribution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an efficient document control system in line with company policies.
• Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Monitor revisions, enforce version control, and track document status.
• Prepare transmittals and keep accurate records of all project documents.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
• Support project managers and other team members with document‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of document control experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure or road work.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• UAE driving licence is a plus.
