Document Controller – Dubai

About the role

Glassline Industries is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate project records, ensuring version control, and supporting compliance across all construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, update and maintain both digital and physical project documentation.
• Prepare, transmit, track and log formal document transmittals and project correspondence.
• Enforce version‑control standards and monitor review‑approval workflows.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to retrieve and submit required files promptly.
• Maintain structured filing systems to ensure data accessibility and audit readiness.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of document control experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with document management software.
