Document Controller – Marine Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our Marine Division in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing all project documentation, supporting project teams, and ensuring smooth execution of marine construction and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Control, file, track, distribute and archive project documents, drawings and correspondence.
• Maintain document registers, monitor revisions and approvals.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on documentation matters.
• Prepare and submit reports, meeting minutes, progress updates and presentations.
• Track deliverables, action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Support project mobilisation, resource coordination and technical/commercial submissions.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing documents for compliance.
• Maintain project databases and ensure accurate record keeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in document control and project coordination, preferably in marine, infrastructure, construction or EPC projects.
