Document Controller – Oil & Gas EEPC

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Document Controller to support our Oil & Gas EEPC operations across the UAE. The role involves preparing, processing and managing a wide range of government‑related documentation through official portals and ERP systems while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process new employment visa applications, renewals, amendments, transfers and cancellations via GDRFA and ICP/ICA portals.
• Submit medical fitness applications through SEHA/DHA and handle Emirates ID applications and biometric appointments.
• Manage vehicle registration, renewal, transfer and traffic‑related NOCs in coordination with RTA and other transport authorities.
• Prepare labour contracts, work permits, offer letters and quota applications, and maintain employee records through MOHRE systems.
• Handle regulatory and corporate documentation, ensuring adherence to UAE immigration, labour and corporate regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or related administrative functions.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent Arabic and English typing skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with HR, finance, and external government entities.
