Document Controller / Project Engineer (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Document Controller / Project Engineer to support electrical and oil & gas projects across the UAE and GCC. The position is a 6‑month contract with the possibility of permanent employment based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with customers and project stakeholders.
• Prepare, submit and manage project documentation.
• Generate reports and track project progress.
• Support project delivery and administrative activities.
• Work closely with document control teams to ensure accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in project engineering, coordination or document control within the UAE oil & gas sector.
• Experience with LV switchgear and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with Middle East project execution and document control processes.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
