Document Controller – Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Document Controller to join our Abu Dhabi site team. The role ensures that all project documentation is accurately captured, stored and made available in line with regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all site‑based documentation processes, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness and timely submission.
• Maintain comprehensive document control systems and filing structures compliant with organisational and UAE regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to collect, review and process site documents.
• Index, archive and ensure retrievability of project documents for audits and compliance.
• Monitor document workflows, identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation practices and prepare reports, logs and status updates for management.
• Liaise with authorities and external parties regarding documentation requirements specific to Abu Dhabi and UAE regulations.
• Train and guide site personnel on proper documentation procedures and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with site documentation in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good knowledge of UAE regulatory documentation requirements.
