Document Controller & Technical Documentation Coordinator

About the role

The Swimming Pool & Landscape Company is seeking a Document Controller cum Technical Documentation & Submissions Coordinator to support its construction projects. The role involves preparing, submitting, tracking, and maintaining project documentation and ensuring timely consultant approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project and technical documentation.
• Prepare, submit, track, and follow up on technical documents and submissions.
• Handle material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, MIRs, and technical approvals.
• Maintain document registers, revision control, and submission‑tracking records.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, engineers, and project teams.
• Follow up on pending submissions, consultant comments, and approvals.
• Ensure documents are organized, current, and readily accessible.
• Support technical and project teams with document preparation and submission activities.

Required profile

• Previous document control or technical documentation experience in the construction industry.
• Experience managing technical submissions and consultant approvals.
• Knowledge of construction documentation workflows and document‑control procedures.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and document‑management systems.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow‑up abilities.
• Swimming‑pool industry experience is an advantage.
