Document Verification Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Document Verification Officer to ensure travel documents comply with UAE immigration regulations for flights covered under MOU and high‑risk categories. The role supports safe and professional guest handling while protecting the organization from penalties.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and verify travel documents of guests on MOU and high‑risk flights, identifying fraudulent or inadmissible documents.
• Detect trends in fraudulent activities and prepare factual reports to support immigration appeals.
• Assist operations teams and local authorities in handling cases of inadmissible guests.
• Brief operations staff on breaches, incidents, and document‑verification findings.
• Prepare and submit off‑loading reports for guests removed from flights to the relevant authorities.

Required profile

• Secondary education with additional qualification in Document Verification or Aviation Security.
• 2–3 years of experience in document verification and immigration compliance.
• 1–2 years of experience in airport operations at a major international airport.
• Ability to work under regulatory pressure and maintain high accuracy.
