About the role
First impressions matter at W Hotels. As a Door Ambassador you will welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a memorable departure, creating a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests during check‑in and check‑out, providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
- Process operational tasks such as handling luggage, completing reports and addressing guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a safe and professional environment by following company policies, protecting assets and upholding quality standards.
- Perform physical duties including standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- No prior work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle physical tasks safely.
