About the role

The Doorman at Bulgari Hotel & Resort, Dubai, is the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay. This role combines guest interaction, coordination with internal teams, and safety monitoring to uphold the hotel’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other special services.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, events and activities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages and inquiries, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Monitor the club lounge for seating availability, service quality, safety and guest well‑being.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to company policies and protect confidential information.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure a courteous, personalized experience.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Professional demeanor, clean uniform and strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to build positive working relationships.
