About the role

Keeta Drone is seeking an Operations Manager to build and maintain an efficient drone logistics system that supports rapid delivery services across international markets. The role requires strong multitasking abilities, cross‑functional collaboration, and a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure on‑site safety and operational order for drone deployments, coordinating with field personnel to meet project timelines.
• Oversee order fulfillment and regional workforce allocation, assessing real‑time field conditions and supervising takeoff and landing procedures.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks, respond promptly to incidents, and enforce safety protocols across all operational staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with common office software and basic computer operations.
• Logistics or frontline management experience in the logistics industry.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, diverse environments.

Required skills

• UAV pilot license (e.g., CAAC, AOPA)
