E-Commerce Assistant – Online Sales & Marketing

About the role

The E‑Commerce Assistant will optimise and scale online sales channels for a lifestyle and fragrance brand in Dubai. You will drive digital revenue by managing platform operations, curating product catalogues and analysing consumer data to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day backend operations of e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon and Noon, ensuring smooth functionality, mobile responsiveness and optimal user experience.
• Manage product listings, digital assets and inventory accuracy across multiple sales channels, updating images, banners and pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and email marketing, to drive both organic and paid traffic.
• Analyse performance data with Google Analytics, monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate) and run A/B tests to optimise conversion and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, inventory and logistics teams to guarantee seamless order processing, shipping and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce management or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑commerce CMS platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon).
• Experience using advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and SEO/SEM techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Google Analytics and A/B testing for performance optimisation.
