E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow our multi‑channel online business across European and international markets. The role is hands‑on, delivery‑focused and based on‑site in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of 30+ e‑commerce storefronts, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, stock and order fulfilment.
• Plan and execute promotions, discount campaigns, seasonal offers and coordinate creative assets with designers.
• Launch new e‑commerce channels, monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion, AOV, returns) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Performance Max, Search, Display, Shopping) and manage product feeds via Google Merchant Center.
• Own paid media budgets, optimise for ROAS/CPA and drive revenue targets.
• Plan and run social media marketing on Meta, TikTok and other platforms, including organic content calendars and paid ads.
• Apply SEO best practices to product and category pages to boost organic visibility.
• Utilise Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and platform dashboards to track performance and produce regular reports for management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing multiple e‑commerce channels or marketplace stores.
• Proven track record running Google Ads, including Performance Max and Shopping campaigns.
• Commercially minded, highly organised and able to juggle a high volume of parallel channels.
