E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Fulfilment Manager will lead the end‑to‑end operations of Al Tayer Group’s e‑commerce fulfillment centre in Dubai. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that products are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped accurately while maintaining high inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled within defined service‑level agreements (SLAs) and maintain on‑time delivery performance.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to sustain smooth material flow.
• Plan capacity to meet peak and off‑peak e‑commerce demand.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage accurate inventory levels, stock rotation and space utilisation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to achieve 100% accuracy.
• Collaborate with business planning and buying teams to optimise stock replenishment.
• Identify process gaps, support SOP documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, cost control and KPI reporting for productivity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce fulfillment or warehouse management, preferably in a senior operations role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop warehouse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Experience in capacity planning, logistics coordination and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in a warehouse environment.
