About the role

The E‑Commerce Key Account Manager will drive digital growth for Agthia’s Water & Food portfolio across all online channels in the UAE. Reporting to the Commercial department, you will shape and execute the e‑commerce sales strategy, partnering with pure‑players, quick‑commerce platforms and brick‑and‑click retailers to increase revenue, visibility and market share.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement the digital sales plan for all e‑commerce and quick‑commerce platforms.
  • Manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and achieve Net Sales Value (NSV) targets.
  • Optimize the digital shelf through content accuracy, SEO, A+ content and share‑of‑search improvements.
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, ROI and adjust pricing, promotions and advertising spend.
  • Coordinate with supply‑chain teams to reduce out‑of‑stock rates and improve fill rates.
  • Forecast monthly sales, track collections and ensure accurate performance reporting.
  • Lead online events and product launches to generate incremental sales.
  • Leverage shopper data and insights to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Business (MBA preferred).
  • 6–8 years of experience in e‑commerce key account management within the FMCG sector.
  • 2–3 years of managerial experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and market‑share growth on major online platforms.

Required skills

  • Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Noon Backoffice.
  • Digital shelf management (content optimization, SEO, A+ content, share of search).
  • Retail media and performance marketing (ROAS, CAC tracking).
  • Sales forecasting and demand‑planning coordination.
  • Data analysis and reporting (conversion rates, sell‑through, pricing competitiveness).
  • Advanced Excel and data‑analytics tools.
  • Supply‑chain metrics (fill rate, OOS management, order fulfillment).
