E-Commerce Manager

About the role

We are a rapidly expanding Dubai‑based business seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to lead our digital sales channels. The role oversees end‑to‑end online commerce, drives revenue growth, and manages a dedicated e‑commerce team.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily digital operations and guide the e‑commerce team to meet KPI targets.
• Develop conversion and retention strategies for native storefronts and social commerce platforms.
• Manage storefronts, catalog integration and sales on TikTok Shop, Shopify and Instagram.
• Track sales performance, monitor campaign metrics and optimise digital marketing spend.
• Analyse transactional and user behaviour data to identify revenue expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate promotional execution and product launches with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading online retail or digital sales operations.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic or Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance against targets.
