E-commerce Platform Administrator

About the role

Avensys Consulting is seeking an E‑commerce Platform Administrator to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operation of the company’s online store, ensuring a smooth shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the e‑commerce website, handling updates and troubleshooting.
• Perform bulk photo uploads using Excel‑based processes and create photo packages.
• Monitor online sales, order flow, and generate regular performance reports.
• Assist customers with purchase inquiries and provide timely support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in e‑commerce operations or platform administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for bulk data handling.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for image preparation (advantageous).
