Early Years Teacher – Dubai Nursery

About the role

Emirates British Nursery (EBN) is seeking an Early Years Teacher to join one of its Dubai locations ahead of the new academic intake. You will help young children build the foundational knowledge and skills they need for future schooling, delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework under the British National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Lead activities that support each child's physical, emotional, and educational development while prioritising safety.
• Deliver planned learning programmes that encourage independent learning habits.
• Maintain a high standard of care and education aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Adapt activities and teaching approaches to ensure inclusion for every child.
• Track and record each child's progress using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Ensure the health, safety, welfare, and security of all children in your care.
• Contribute to assessments and progress reports on children’s development.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by nursery management.

Required profile

• University degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) with a certified Level III vocational qualification, OR a high school diploma with a CACHE Level 3 qualification and at least 2 years relevant experience.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
