Ecommerce Growth Operator – Full Training Provided

About the role

Join a fast‑scaling online brand generating USD 5M per month and own the growth of its ecommerce sales. No prior ecommerce experience is required – you will be trained from scratch to run advertising, create compelling content, and optimise the online store.

Key responsibilities

• Manage paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google, setting budgets and adjusting spend daily.
• Develop ad concepts, write copy and create visual hooks that drive purchases.
• Lead a small team of video editors to produce fresh ad content each week.
• Design, build and continuously test landing pages that convert visitors into buyers.
• Track weekly performance metrics such as ad spend, revenue and ROI.
• Support expansion into new countries and markets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of high performance in a results‑driven environment (sales, real estate, hospitality, sports, etc.).
• Ability to work independently at a laptop for extended periods, focusing on data analysis and creative tasks.
• Strong competitive mindset and drive to achieve targets.
