E‑Commerce Merchandiser – Omni Retail

About the role

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking a passionate E‑Commerce Merchandiser to join its Omni team in Dubai. You will drive online sales and conversion by delivering a best‑in‑class shopping experience across ABM’s brand websites.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise category and collection pages, manage homepage banners and promotional content to boost engagement.
• Upload and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, imagery and attributes on Shopify Plus.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
• Monitor online stock availability, flag risks and recommend merchandising actions.
• Analyse product performance using Google Analytics and Shopify reports, providing actionable insights.
• Ensure seamless customer experience by QA‑testing the site on desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with buying, logistics, design, IT and external agencies to execute merchandising plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail or a related field.
• 2–4 years of e‑commerce merchandising experience, preferably in fashion, footwear or sports retail.
• Hands‑on experience with Shopify/Shopify Plus (or similar platforms such as Magento or WooCommerce); marketplace experience is a plus.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
