Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Ecommerce Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day operations of our global e‑commerce website. You will ensure that product listings, content, and campaigns are accurately maintained and aligned with our ecommerce calendar.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain product listings, SKUs, variants and bundles in Shopify, ensuring accurate information and proper merchandising.
• Support product launches by preparing product pages and validating catalog setup.
• Upload and localise editorial content, coordinating with agencies to keep regional storefronts consistent.
• Execute regular website merchandising updates, including category, product and homepage changes.
• Set up and manage promotional offers such as gift‑with‑purchase, bundles and other campaign mechanics.
• Configure and manage ecommerce apps (e.g., Rebuy), assist with testing, QA and regular checks across markets and devices.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven experience in ecommerce operations, digital content management or website administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital, Business or a related field.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
