Editor – Multi‑Platform Media Lead

About the role

Time Out Dubai is seeking a creative and dynamic Editor to lead content across digital, print, video and social platforms. Based in ITP Media Group’s Media City headquarters, you will shape the editorial voice and drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee production and execution of Time Out Dubai’s digital, print, video and social products, including the airport monthly edition.
• Manage, motivate and mentor an editorial team while aligning with other Group Editors and the commercial team.
• Set content strategy, plan editorial calendars and ensure timely publishing of daily digital content.
• Lead creative cover development for weekly, monthly and seasonal print releases.
• Collaborate with the Group Food Editor on annual awards and event calendars.
• Commission and coordinate writers, designers, photographers, videographers and other contributors to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure all content meets SEO standards, copyright clearance and local legal guidelines.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building strong market relationships and staying ahead of local trends.

Required profile

• Proven passion for editorial innovation and strong understanding of digital best practices.
• Experience managing and mentoring editorial teams in fast‑moving environments.
• Excellent eye for witty, creative content and ability to identify emerging trends.

Required skills

• Fluency with web analytics tools such as GA4 and Chartbeat.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
