Educator Expert – AI Training (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to engage experienced K‑12 educators who will help train a new language model on professional document, spreadsheet and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time and offers flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI‑generated unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, pacing guides and other instructional materials.
• Develop and review parent‑teacher conference notes, student progress report narratives, classroom management plans and school‑improvement documentation.
• Produce high‑quality spreadsheets and slide decks that support core educational workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in teaching, instructional coaching or school administration within a K‑12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications or school‑improvement documentation, with familiarity of standards‑aligned instructional design.
• Strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced document creation and editing.
• Expertise in spreadsheet design and data presentation.
• Proficiency in slide‑deck development and visual storytelling.

What we offer

• Compensation of $80 per hour.
