Educators & Learning Support Assistants – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Developing Child Centre is seeking enthusiastic Educators and Learning Support Assistants to join its multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. You will work in inclusive classroom environments, supporting children’s developmental milestones and helping primary teachers deliver tailored educational programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Guide children with individual learning plans and monitor their progress.
• Assist lead educators in implementing academic, sensory and behavioural interventions.
• Record observations, adapt learning techniques and maintain accurate progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists and parents to align on developmental and academic goals.
• Ensure a structured, safe and encouraging classroom atmosphere for all students.

Required profile

• Attested Bachelor’s degree with UAE Ministry of Education equivalency certificate.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, or both.
• Commitment to inclusive education practices.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inclusive education methodologies.
• Understanding of early child development and learning support techniques.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork abilities.
