E&I Foreman – Construction EPC Projects

About the role

Archirodon Group N.V is seeking an experienced E&I Foreman to supervise daily electrical and instrumentation works on EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading the on‑site workforce, ensuring installations meet approved drawings and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily E&I works and workforce at the construction site.
• Execute and oversee electrical and instrumentation installation according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Install cables, cable trays, glands, terminations, lighting, earthing, panels, junction boxes, instruments, tubing and supports.
• Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, loop checking and testing activities.
• Ensure proper cable routing, tagging, termination and dressing.
• Collaborate with construction engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams and subcontractors.
• Enforce PTW, JSA/RA, toolbox talks, LOTO and ADNOC Life Saving Rules.
• Monitor work progress, productivity, quality and site housekeeping, and report daily to the E&I Supervisor.
• Support pre‑commissioning, commissioning, testing and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years experience as an E&I Foreman on oil & gas, petrochemical, EPC or industrial projects.
• Experience on ADNOC, UAE or GCC projects preferred.
• Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of E&I installation and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.
• Good knowledge of PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA, HSE requirements and safe work practices.
• Experience in brownfield or live‑plant environments is an advantage.
• Leadership, communication and manpower coordination skills.
