Electrical Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Construction Manager to lead the execution of electrical works for a sub‑station project in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the project management team, you will ensure that all electrical construction activities are carried out safely, on schedule and in accordance with the latest approved drawings and specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering changes, vendor drawings, equipment dimensions, cable entry requirements and ensure they are reflected in site construction.
• Review and verify electrical IFC drawings, single line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, cable schedules and equipment foundation requirements.
• Develop and implement the electrical construction execution plan, construction schedules, manpower and material forecasts.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly progress against baseline schedule, identify risks and implement recovery actions.
• Manage stakeholder interactions with vendors, subcontractors, client, consultant, PMC, utility authority and main contractor.
• Lead quality control activities, punch‑list closure, NCR identification and resolution, and verification of equipment alignment, cable routing, termination, torqueing, labeling and earthing.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in electrical construction or related engineering coordination.
