Electrical Inspector – Construction Projects

About the role

As an Electrical Inspector you will ensure that all electrical installations on construction and infrastructure projects comply with local and international codes, regulations and safety standards. You will work closely with contractors, engineers and project managers to maintain high safety and quality levels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems, equipment and installations.
• Review electrical plans, drawings and blueprints for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to electrical codes and safety standards.
• Identify non‑compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with project teams to resolve compliance issues and provide technical guidance.
• Promote electrical safety practices and conduct safety inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Professional certification as an Electrical Inspector is preferred.
• Experience in electrical inspection within the Gulf region.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret technical documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
