Electrical & Instrumentation Foreman

About the role

Archirodon Group is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Foreman to supervise daily E&I works on a major EPC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading a workforce, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinating with multiple disciplines to deliver high‑quality installations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical and instrumentation installation activities, including cables, trays, glands, terminations, lighting, earthing, panels, junction boxes, instruments, tubing and supports.
• Coordinate instrument installation, calibration, loop checking and testing.
• Ensure proper cable routing, tagging, termination and dressing.
• Collaborate with construction engineers, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams and subcontractors.
• Enforce PTW, JSA/RA, toolbox talks, LOTO and ADNOC Life‑Saving Rules.
• Monitor manpower, material, tool and equipment availability.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, cable schedules, instrument hook‑ups and loop diagrams.
• Track work progress, productivity, quality and site housekeeping.
• Coordinate inspections, punch‑list rectifications and report daily progress to the E&I Supervisor.
• Support pre‑commissioning, commissioning, testing and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an E&I Foreman on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC or industrial projects.
• Preferable experience on ADNOC, UAE or GCC projects.
• Diploma/ITI/Technical qualification in Electrical, Instrumentation or Electronics.
• Strong knowledge of E&I installation and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.
• Good understanding of PTW, LOTO, JSA/RA, HSE requirements and safe work practices.
• Experience in brownfield or live‑plant environments is an advantage.
• Leadership, communication and manpower coordination skills.
